I’ve never been treated with anything less than respect at IPSI. The staff is extremely willing to help and Dr. Desai is thorough in his explanations. He thinks outside of the box and is willing to present and try various methods to solve my pelvic and spinal issues. The best part about the office is that they generally seem very happy to work with each other and infuse humor. It’s nice to walk into an office where everyone is enjoys one another’s company. It shows and it makes a huge difference.

Dr. Thakral was thorough (and genial!) in explaining the procedures and implications of of the epidural he administered to ease my pain from spinal stenosis. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Convenient to book online, check in online and complete screening information online. Very friendly staff at front desk and medical assistance were kind and courteous. Dr. Thakral is very attentive and thoughtful. Definitely recommend!

I was extremely impressed with my visit with Dr. AAkash Thakral. The entire staff was courteous, helpful and pleasant. My visit with Dr. Thakral was one of being satisfied with his knowledge and recommendations for treating and managing my pain. Dr. Thakral answered my questions and did not make me feel as if my questions were not important.
Highly impressed and will certainly recommend this practice.

The office is extremely well organized. No wait time and everyone performs their job duties efficiently. Dr. Desai is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He made everything alright. I really am very fortunate to be under his care the last many years.
