Lauren Baze, PA-C, is a physician assistant who has lived in several cities across the country, including Portland, Houston, Jacksonville, and Phoenix. These experiences that have shaped her broad perspective on patient care and community health. She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2024. Before joining the International Spine, Pain & Performance Center, Lauren practiced in family medicine and urgent care in Washington, D.C., where she developed a strong passion for empowering patients to take an active role in their health. She values collaboration, patient education, and a holistic approach that combines evidence-based treatment with lifestyle support to promote long-term wellness.
