About Donna Palles PA-C

Donna Palles, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant originally from Florence, South Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Neuroscience from the College of Charleston and completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South University-Richmond. She began her career in orthopaedic spine surgery, where she cared for patients with a wide range of neck and back conditions and helped guide them through both surgical and nonsurgical treatment options.

Donna believes in an individualized, patient-centered approach to care. She works collaboratively with patients and the ISPPC team to develop evidence-based treatment plans focused on improving function, quality of life, and helping them return to the activities they enjoy.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring the DMV with her husband, son, and their Labrador, Theo.
