Dr. Sohan Nagrani, MD is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Pain Management Physician available in Arlington, Virginia. Originally from Northern Virginia, Dr. Nagrani earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biology from Virginia Tech. He worked in medical research at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the National Institutes of Health prior to returning to his alma mater Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine to complete his medical degree. After his internship in Internal Medicine at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center, he completed his PM&R residency at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York City where he trained in the comprehensive functional improvement of patients.

Determined to expand his ability to offer more treatment options for patients, Dr. Nagrani began his Interventional Pain Management Fellowship training at the Spine & Pain Institute of New York. He then continued his training at the Pain Medicine Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center where he worked in a variety of settings with different experts in the field. He is currently affiliated with Virginia Hospital Center and George Washington University Hospital

Dr. Nagrani uses a comprehensive, patient-focused approach to care using a wide variety of treatment options. He continues to work with experts in the field across the country on the latest scientific technology to bring the best potential treatment options to patients.
